Chiodi Domenico Costruzioni has 9 full time employees and a network of some 30 subcontractors, all based locally in the Upper Maceratese – reconstruction after the earthquakes means not just buildings but also the renewal of the social and economic fabric of our area. In this way that we can help to bring life back to our towns and villages.

Domenico Chiodi founded Chiodi Domenico Costruzioni in 1988. The firm has carried out broad range of projects for private and state owned entities: re-build works, salvage and conservation of historic sites, new-build works, buildings in wood and steel, industrial buildings, installation of services, anti seismic measures, demolition, shoring up, earthworks and structural reinforcement.

Our firm has steadily grown since its foundation and has invested in training and quality control. Great emphasis has been been laid on safety , accident prevention and protection of the environment.

In 2003 we obtained SOA certification, enabling us to carry out public works and also UNI EN ISO 9001 certification for management quality.

In 2011 we invested in the environment by co-financing and using our skilled workforce to construct a photovoltaic installation. In 2016 the family firm strengthened its management with Fabrizio Chiodi who has brought youthful energy and new skills.

Today we have a team that is able to undertake any project with skilled professionals who ensure, accurate and safe working methods.
